The challenges that health care professionals face in the workplace include long hours of duty, staffing shortages, and exposure to violence and harassment. Mental Healthconcerns among health workers include stress, burnout, depression, anxiety, and suicidal behavior. Burnout and poor mental health outcomes are the usual concern and made worse during the pandemic.
This program primarily aims to provide intensive information on mental health and strategies which may help health care workers in addressing their personal circumstances. This collective effort of health professionals provide platform for their members to have the necessary knowledge on mental health. More importantly learn different methods on how to manage different challenges that may arise in healthcare setting.

Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Accreditation Application- Focuses on the vital role of a Pollution Control Officer and to provide adequate information on the different requirements and procedures to be accredited by the DENR-EMB.
This Five (5) hours activity primarily aims to produce environmental stewards in the health care setting. The role of a Pollution Control Officer is very vital in complying to the different environmental laws and regulation. Health care setting often generate hazardous waste which must be stored/recorded/reported then hauled/transported and eventually treated by the accredited facility. Following a system of standards must become a practice in all health care institutions to promote and adhere to environmental laws and regulations
